Explanation from Harvey Norman's Customer Service

Well, not particularly satisfied but I had received email and phone call from their department regarding the report I mailed them previously.
The action they will be taken was somehow give the guys warning letter to serve as a lesson though I felt this is more like a PR show. But I sincerely hope it is true as some guys like this I don't think he deserve to be in servicing field. If he wanna check stuff, maybe he should go joined custom.
